Clarkston hit the ground running, completing 40 interviews across all functional areas of the business – from Finance to Plant Maintenance – with the goal to learn as much as possible about how current applications in their landscape were utilized to complete business functions. Through the interview process, the team identified over 120 business challenges spanning master data, manual work, data and analytics, and data integration. Clarkston’s SAP experts assessed these challenges and crafted recommendations to optimize the client’s key processes and SAP setup to define a future state with a simplified landscape and standardized processes that leveraged industry best practices and enabled future growth.
