The primary objectives of the selection processes were to select vendors with sophisticated capabilities that would support our clients current strategic and operational needs while creating a foundation for scalable growth. In this effort, Clarkston leveraged our partner selection toolkit developed over many years of building relationships with providers, assessing their capabilities and managing selections on behalf of our clients.
The toolkit accelerates the selection timeline through tools and templates that serve as a foundation for each client’s unique selection of analysis and deliverables. Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology with additional sessions and demos to select the finalist, Clarkston was able to help the client determine the best fit aligned to present and future needs.
