To support this growth, the client needed more than a systems implementation vendor – t. Insteadhey needed, the clientthey needed a scalable digital backbone and operating model aligned to the demands of built for modern CPG production, as well as the ability to deliver a major SAP S/4HANA implementation on time and on budget.
Leveraging deep SAP and industry expertise, Clarkston helped drive the client’s digital transformation by implementing SAP S/4HANA as the foundation for more integrated, end-to-end business operations. Using Signavio to help visualize and validate workflows for the new plant, our team successfully supported the implementation across design, technical, functional, testing, training, and change management. The work spanned key business processes, including production planning (PP), extended warehouse management (EWM), FICO (assets, costing), plant maintenance (PM), manufacturing (MFG), sales and distribution (SD), procurement and materials management (MM), master data, quality management (QM), and ABAP development.
Clarkston delivered the engagement on time and on budget, equipping the new facility with a fully integrated SAP S/4HANA platform and optimized processes designed for high-volume and automated production. More importantly, the client is now positioned to operate with improved visibility and control in an increasingly complex and cost-sensitive environment.
With a modern digital core in place, the organization is now better prepared to scale operations, adapt to evolving market demands, and sustain long-term customer and retail growth in the market.
