Kathy Petruzzelli is a director at Clarkston Consulting with deep experience in marketing, sales, and promotion management, including insights, shopper marketing, food service, and eCommerce. Prior to joining Clarkston, she spent more than 20 years in the CPG industry, using data and insights to drive strategy and change and working closely with teams across the organization.

Kathy has a passion for working with consumer goods and retail organizations to help facilitate a strong consumer-centric strategy by establishing metrics and processes that expedite decision-making. She is a results-driven change maker with strong analytical and communication skills who works effectively in a matrixed environment.

Kathy has an MBA from Elms College and a B.S. in Business from Northeastern University.
