Craig Campbell is a senior manager with Clarkston Consulting focused on retail operations and systems. With 25+ years of experience, he has worked with clients across the retail spectrum and has a passion for helping clients realize their strategic goals through a strong partnership with business stakeholders, building productive teams and inspiring them with a compelling shared vision. He has deep knowledge across a broad spectrum of retail processes and systems, specializing in Store Operations, POS, Omnichannel, Human Resources, Marketing, Loyalty, and CRM. After years of managing complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams, his in-depth program and project management experience serves as a solid foundation in his approach to creating challenging but achievable roadmaps and driving them to successful on-time and on-budget completion.
Prior to joining Clarkston, he served as the Director of Program Management, Director of Store Systems, and VP of Marketing Operations at several national retailers. His previous experiences include numerous system implementations, setting up project management offices and improving processes. Craig earned his degree from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
