Liz Johnson is a Senior Manager with Clarkston Consulting, specializing in program and project management and organizational change management across the life sciences and consumer products industries. She is passionate about helping organization successfully navigate change experienced during transformations.

For transformation projects, Liz partners with clients to help them achieve success by ensuring alignment on a clearly defined vision and the KPIs to measure that success. She leverages her program and project management skills to make sure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. Additionally, her change management experience helps to ensure adoption of the solution being implemented.

Liz received her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Communications from Allegheny College. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci certifications.
