Jonathan Benincosa

Jonathan Benincosa is a senior manager at Clarkston Consulting with nearly two decades of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech. Jonathan specializes in quality systems and IT strategy, compliance remediation, systems implementation, lab informatics, data integrity, and laboratory operations technology. His deep industry knowledge is matched by an ability to lead high-impact programs across global organizations. 

Jonathan’s career spans leadership roles such as Program Manager, Business and Technical System Owner, and Project Manager. He has developed extensive knowledge in delivering practical, compliant, and scalable solutions through his experience with 13 LIMS implementations, global deployments of chromatography data systems, scientific data management systems, as well as instrument systems data management (including a novel application of next-gen sequencing for a commercial release testing of a gene therapy product). 

Known for his servant leadership and collaborative spirit, Jonathan has built and led cross-functional teams that developed data governance strategies, regulatory remediation roadmaps, and training curricula on CGMPs and data integrity. His work has helped organizations not only meet regulatory expectations but also enhance quality culture and operational efficiency. 

Jonathan holds a B.S. in Biology from West Virginia University. He has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications in the field of stem cell and leukemia research.
