A global pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturer and repeat client approached Clarkston Consulting when seeking an experienced LIMS resource to seamlessly fill a temporary vacancy and provide ongoing technical support. They engaged Clarkston to fill this role and assume responsibility for the static data build process within LabWare LIMS to ensure business continuity.
Clarkston successfully drove static data processes from requirements through implementation, including critical requests required for batch release. During the project, documentation procedures for static data requirements, testing, and migration were restructured to eliminate the use of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). The team quickly realized and adopted the new procedure, which helped improve efficiency even further.
