Clarkston Consulting recently partnered with a leading multi-national biotechnology company for a Veeva Vault Quality implementation. This client embarked on a major transformation initiative to replace their current quality systems with Veeva Vault over several years.
Clarkston successfully migrated over 250,000 client documents and over 1 million training records from the client’s legacy systems to Veeva Vault. Clarkston also successfully executed a global end-user training plan spanning three continents for 15,000 end users in 30 countries. Hitting the timeline with precision of execution and stellar quality, the project’s orchestration enabled manufacturing to run disruption free.
With an eye on the future, the team established a group of more than 40 cross-functional change champions to aid in organizational adoption of the new solution through knowledge sharing, transparent feedback, and communication regarding future rollouts. While this is just the beginning, it marks a critical moment of success that will serve as a beacon for continued alignment across the organization.
Clarkston worked with the client as their System Integration partner to understand the business’s needs. We focused on creating a simplified and harmonized quality process in a single industry-standard IT platform. An agile yet robust fully integrated quality management system is crucial to ensuring data integrity and compliance in the near term while maintaining long-term compatibility for future releases.
Choosing the right system integrator is key to ensuring that your requirements are being met in a way that considers future release sustainability, strong data governance, and industry best practices. All of these have been proven to lead to better outcomes across the board for both the business, providers, and patients.
