Melissa Taylor
Melissa Taylor is a manager with Clarkston Consulting, specializing in project and program management for enterprise-wide system implementations and business transformation initiatives. She brings 30 years of industry and consulting experience leading complex programs across consumer products and life sciences organizations, with deep expertise spanning the full system implementation lifecycle.
In addition to her delivery leadership, Melissa brings strong organizational change management expertise and a deep understanding of people-related issues and opportunities that influence successful transformation. She has guided large- and small-scale SAP implementations and upgrades, partnering closely with cross-functional and geographically dispersed stakeholders to drive disciplined execution, effective change enablement, and end-user readiness.
Melissa holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Professional Accounting and Management Information Systems.
