Below, we outline a few of the most in-demand SAP skills that we look for in candidates: 

• SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) — SAP SD is a core functional module that allows organizations to store and manage customer- or product-related data – such as sales orders, deliveries, pricing, shipping, billing, invoicing, and more – to streamline sales processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
• SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) — SAP PP is a core module that helps businesses with their planning processes for manufacturing – particularly supply chain planning. It covers areas like forecasting, customer requirement management, material requirement planning, production processing, and more.
• SAP Material Management (MM) — SAP MM is a core module that provides companies with capabilities to manage their procurement and inventory processes day-to-day, ensuring materials are kept in proper quantities and helping to mitigate supply chain disruptions or gaps.
• SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO) — SAP FICO is a core functional module used for external and internal financial reporting, enabling businesses to more efficiently record and manage their transactional financial data.
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) — SAP PM is a module of SAP ERP that helps businesses manage their maintenance processes. It comprises of functions for inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of technical systems and is closely integrated with other modules like PP, MM, and SD.
• SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) — SAP ABAP is a versatile programming language used to develop and customize applications within the SAP ERP system. Its proven robustness, scalability, and extensibility make it a top choice for developing custom reports, user interfaces, and workflows within SAP. 

 We also look for candidates with SAP skills across various SAP solutions, such as: 

• SAP S/4HANA  — SAP S/4HANA is a newer version of SAP’s ERP system, and it’s in high demand due to its ability to handle complex business processes and real-time data analytics. Organizations use SAP S/4HANA to integrate and manage business functions – such as finance, human resources, procurement, sales, manufacturing and service – in real time.
• SAP Fiori — SAP Fiori is a user interface that provides a personalized, responsive, and simple user experience for SAP applications. It is highly in demand due to its ability to improve user productivity and reduce the need for extensive training.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) — SAC is a cloud visualization tool that combines Business Intelligence (BI), Predictive Analysis, and Planning functionalities into one intuitive, accessible user interface to enable faster, better decision-making for businesses.
