Tom Finegan: Disruption in Employment Stability

Tom Finegan sat down for a conversation about workplace issues, especially during the pandemic. He explained that this is a difficult time for both employees and leaders. An expert on leadership, Tom also mentioned that Amplifiers can make a huge difference. In the interview, Tom discussed how the responsibility of balancing workplace issues during this time should be a shared responsibility between employees and employers. There are a lot of things that have changed due to the pandemic. Employers have to adjust how they are managing a remote workforce amidst the whole host of new challenges. It is a difficult time being a boss right now, but employers that are sensitive and accommodating are doing a better job to lessen anxieties.

With the remote work revolution, one-in-six said they would quit their job if they had to go back into the office. Good leaders are able to bridge the gap of all individual personal issues to balance with the work issues to create an effective work environment for people.
