Tom Finegan: Disruption in Employment Stability

Tom Finegan sat down for a conversation about workplace issues, especially during the pandemic. He explained that this is a difficult time for both employees and leaders. In the interview, Tom discussed how the responsibility of balancing workplace issues during this time should be a shared responsibility between employees and employers. There are a lot of things that have changed due to the pandemic. Employers have to adjust how they are managing a remote workforce amidst the whole host of new challenges. It is a difficult time being a boss right now, but employers that are sensitive and accommodating are doing a better job to lessen anxieties.
