Ling Lin
Ling is an associate partner at Clarkston Consulting, specializing in strategy and business transformations for clients in the life sciences and consumer products industries. She works with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define their strategy and drive their large-scale change programs sustainably. Her focus areas are strategic planning, organizational and operational effectiveness, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration. Ling’s mission is to lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results, empower growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ling currently serves as an Advisory Board Member in Workforce Transformation for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training (IACET). She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
