Eric Borries
Eric Borries is a manager at Clarkston Consulting with over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industries, focused primarily on biotechnology and pharmaceutical laboratories. His areas of expertise span computerized system implementation and validation, laboratory compliance, and regulatory readiness, and he has a strong background in overseeing both early-stage startups and the establishment of manufacturing operations.
Eric has led numerous projects supporting initiatives such as the implementation of LIMS, serialization systems, CSA validation strategies, and optimizing the use of R&D and clinical data.
