Randy Lee Martinez is a senior consultant at Clarkston Consulting, specializing in quality and compliance as well as laboratory informatics within the life sciences sector. With a strong foundation in quality assurance and quality control from his time at a GMP Contract Testing Laboratory, Randy has successfully led digital transformation initiatives as a project manager. His expertise in regulated environments has enabled him to drive organizational change and enhance process efficiency through the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Passionate about empowering and supporting his peers, Randy is the founder of UNIDOS, Clarkston Consulting’s Hispanic and Latinx Steward Network. This initiative fosters a sense of community and provides a forum for collaboration and growth for Hispanic and Latinx professionals within the firm.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology with a concentration in Chemistry from Paul Smith’s College of Natural Science in Paul Smiths, New York.
