Cherrelle is a senior consultant at Clarkston Consulting, where she supports clients through organizational transformation by designing and leading people-centered change management strategies. Internally, she helps lead the firm’s training and change management initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Cherrelle brings expertise in organizational change management and curriculum and learning design, with a strong emphasis on inclusive leadership. She holds an MBA from East Carolina University and a Doctorate in Adult Education from North Carolina State University.
