Clarkston Consulting Launches Website to Track 10-year DEI Goals
“Clarkston last year unveiled its 10-year DEI initiative, which spans four major pillars. The company is targeting representative firm composition by 2032, with demographics aligning with national averages on race/ethnicity, gender, and LGBT identity. Clarkston is also aiming for a representative partner group by 2032, matching the firm on the above categories. The other two pillars are internal and external recognition for “trailblazing” DEI practices, with both internal and external parties identifying Clarkston as a leading firm embodying DEI values.”
