In her role as managing partner and retail practice lead at Clarkston Consulting, Jenny combines more than 25 years of retail and technology experience with decades of success as a trusted advisor for globally recognized brands.
Jenny is passionate about helping companies develop innovative customer experiences and implementing enabling technology to drive business transformation. She has extensive experience with program management, including mergers and acquisitions and helping companies improve operational efficiency. Jenny is an enthusiastic thought leader and speaker on a variety of topics in retail and technology and was recently recognized as a 2024 Women Leader in Consulting by Consulting Magazine for her excellence in client service.
Jenny has engineering degrees in computer engineering and electrical engineering from NC State and an MBA from Duke University. She resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and their rescue dog Rose Belle.
