Sean Wheatley

Sean Wheatley is a senior manager with Clarkston Consulting specializing in Organizational Change Management and Training. He has over 25 years of experience in managing and guiding dynamic business change and the development and delivery of change management and training solutions to support these change initiatives. Sean also has over 30 years of SAP experience; from ECC to S/4. He has been responsible for managing projects across multiple continents and international borders for a wide range of companies. Sean’s industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, consumer products, food service, and military.

Developing training programs and directing the delivery of the training are two of Sean’s passions. Building teams and ensuring knowledge transfer are also a high priority and often are the legacy Sean leaves behind for any project.
