When a small group of consultants came together to start Clarkston Consulting 25 years ago in 1991, we had a vision of creating a different kind of consulting company. We sought to create a professional services company that focused on the success of our clients while, just as importantly, encouraging the personal growth of our stewards.
From the early days of Clarkston Consulting, we quickly realized that our industry knowledge in mission-critical business processes and depth of technology expertise would be what differentiated us from other consultants. These capabilities, coupled with our eternal pursuit of brilliant client service, allowed us to thrive through multiple economic cycles and changing industry dynamics.

Through the dawn of the internet technology era, major industry shifts, and economic uncertainties, we evolved with the needs of our clients. When I look back on the road we have traveled as a firm over the last 25 years, I take great pride in the difference we have made for our people, our clients, and our communities. Our consultants have traveled the world delivering ideas, inspiration, methodologies, and solutions to the vast majority of leading consumer products and life sciences companies, small and large. As a firm, we have given back to the communities where we live and serve with countless donations and hours dedicated to others. Our people have attended innumerable trainings, conferences, and seminars to educate themselves and present to others as thought leaders in the industry.
As we celebrate this important milestone, I want to express my gratitude for the efforts and passion of our people who have served the world’s most respected life sciences and consumer products companies for the last 25 years.
