August 14, 2018 | Durham, NC

Leading professional services firm Clarkston Consulting announced today the promotion of Kristine Pettoni to Partner and David Treadaway to Associate Partner. In their new roles, Pettoni and Treadaway will continue to serve their long-standing client relationships while leading the firm’s growth and expansion into new markets and technologies.

Since joining in 2005, Pettoni has taken on progressive leadership roles within the firm while leading global, transformational projects for her clients in the consumer products, retail, and life sciences industries. Partnering with her clients, Kristine has leveraged her technology, strategy, sales, and marketing expertise to enable competitive differentiation and revenue growth.

“Kristine’s thoughtful and tenacious commitment to her clients’ success fully embodies our spirit of brilliant client service. She’s been able to form trusting and long-standing relationships with her clients by ingraining herself in their business and making their objectives her entire purpose,” said Clarkston President Paul Garrison.

A frequent speaker and recognized thought leader in the industry, Pettoni was awarded the 2017 Bobbie O’Hare Best of the Best Leader award by the Network of Executive (NEW), where she served as co-secretary for the Atlanta chapter.

Pettoni graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering and a certificate in pre-law, and is based in Atlanta, GA.

In his tenure since joining the firm in 2000, Dave Treadaway has leveraged his functional expertise for global life sciences, food and beverage, and consumer products manufacturers to enable process improvements, operational efficiencies, and business transformation. Treadaway has partnered with his clients to design, implement, and scale new technologies and systems to meet the demands of the evolving technology landscape, including ERP, supply chain, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, finance, and data management platforms.

Clarkston Managing Partner Mike Hackett said, “Dave brings the full weight of his experience to enable sustainable, future-oriented success in all that he does. He lends his guidance both externally to our clients to enable the best outcomes for their business and internally to our stewards to help them learn and grow into capable and driven performers.”

Treadaway is based in New Jersey and received his MBA from the Iona College, New Rochelle, NY and a B.S. from the College of Science & Engineering at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA.
