Ling Lin
Ling is a director at Clarkston Consulting, specializing in strategy and business transformations for clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. She works with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define their strategy and drive their large-scale change programs sustainably. Her focus areas are strategic planning, organizational and operational effectiveness, new product development and commercialization, enterprise technology strategy, and M&A due diligence. Ling believes in following a pragmatic, data-driven, and people-focused approach to achieve impactful business outcomes.
Ling currently serves as an Advisory Board Member in Workforce Transformation for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training (IACET). She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
