The goals have also been designed with flexibility to allow for future incorporation of other dimensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as applicable.

Short-Term Feeder Goals
Our strategy to achieve success and ensure accountability is centered on driving progress toward three- and five-year short-term feeder goals carried out by individual partners and teams of volunteer stewards within the firm.
