Fang Liu is a Manager with Clarkston Consulting. Since joining the firm in 2014, Ms. Liu has focused her expertise on guiding leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through supply chain transformations in a highly regulated environment across various drug life cycle stages including discovery, new product introduction (NPI), market exclusivity, and generics.
Ms. Liu has a passion for delivering next-generation supply chain innovations to the life sciences companies as a competitive differentiator. She brings her unique brand of data-driven client commitment to every engagement, leading the design, implementation, and realization of a wide spectrum of strategic and tactical improvements in process, technology, and organization. She has extensive life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech experience with end-to-end supply chain strategy, advanced planning and scheduling, S&OP, inventory optimization, logistics, operational excellence, and serialization.
Ms. Liu received her M.B.A. with dual concentrations in supply chain management and finance from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Business at Michigan State University, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan. Ms. Liu is a native speaker of Chinese (Mandarin) and is fluent in Japanese. She has successfully delivered projects for clients headquartered in China, Japan, France, Germany, Israel, India, Switzerland, and throughout the United States.
