Clarkston Consulting is focused on delivering strategy, operations and implementation services that bring meaningful value to our clients. Clarkston’s supply chain leadership identifies these recognitions as confirmation of the expertise and dedication of the Clarkston supply chain community. Chris Striffler, Supply Chain Service Lead at Clarkston Consulting, explains, “We have been in the supply chain field for over 25 years and have continued to evolve our service offerings over time to meet our client’s changing needs. We are grateful to our stewards who have been an integral part in helping our clients solve their most pressing business issues.”

In the most recent Market Guide for Supply Chain Planning System Integrators¹, Clarkston Consulting was one of twenty vendors highlighted as a vendor that can provide full service integration for supply chain planning applications. According to the guide, “supply chain leaders who seek support with demand planning, supply planning or S&OP improvement projects should use this research to help identify third-party service providers that can configure, integrate, implement and upgrade supply chain planning applications.”

In the February 2017 Market Guide for Supply Chain Strategy and Operations Consulting², examples of supply chain strategy and planning projects included:

  • Postmerger/Postacquisition Supply Chain and Operational Integration Planning;
  • Supply Chain Performance Assessments and Improvement Roadmaps;
  • Supply Chain Network Design;
  • Organizational Design;
  • Supply Chain Segmentation;
  • Product portfolio/SKU Rationalization;
  • Cost-to-Serve Analysis;
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); and
  • New Product Introduction & Launch (NPI&L).

Clarkston continues to look ahead with our clients, and take this acknowledgement in both guides as a sign of being on track. Clarkston’s president, Paul Garrison, explains, “As a part of our forward-looking strategy, we focus on partnering with our clients in their full range of business challenges, from discovering opportunities to delivering solutions with high value. Though the strongest validation comes straight from our clients, we believe the mentions in both Gartner reports further indicate that we are evolving with our clients in a market that has experienced significant disruptions.”
