Kristi White

Kristi White is a principal consultant with Clarkston Consulting specializing in project management and integration, training, change management, and business process optimization. She has worked with clients across all three of our industry verticals.

She has a passion for developing strategic change management plans, training, and communication plans to ensure employees not only understand, but welcome the upcoming organizational changes. Kristi mobilizes the team to create clear action plans which empower leaders to drive initiatives and employees on their change journey.

Kristi earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Michigan, where she graduated summa cum laude.
