Carrie Francis is a Manager with 10+ years of experience and is a leader of our Strategy and Innovation practice. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from start-up to Fortune 100, across the life sciences, consumer products and retail industries.
She understands that a requirement of a great strategy is that it must be executable and attainable. She blends her experience in strategy, operations, change management and psychology to develop strategic business solutions, with executable roadmaps, that will live beyond her time at the project through effective change management. Her deepest areas of expertise include Strategy, Transformation, Innovation, Organizational Change Management and Supply Chain.
After receiving a BA in Marketing and BS in Psychology from UGA, Carrie went on to obtain her MBA, with a concentration in Strategy, from Emory University. She also has certifications for Blue Ocean Strategy and ASQ Six Sigma.
