Eileen is a principal consultant with Clarkston Consulting and is a leader in organizational change management. She specializes in helping clients address the unique change challenges that confront life science companies, especially those under the scrutiny of regulatory organizations. Eileen has helped clients adapt to complex system implementations and integrations, adopt new ways of working under challenging circumstances, and achieve intended business benefits by ensuring the people side of change is considered and addressed.
She has been with Clarkston Consulting for over 20 years and is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals.
