Having recognized the need to evolve their business to keep pace with rapid growth in recent years, Gilead launched an Integrated Supply Chain Program in 2015 in order to transform their supply chain operations. During the first phase of this initiative, Gilead partnered with Clarkston Consulting and Kinaxis to deploy RapidResponse for supply planning across their global network, with Clarkston also leading efforts around the business process development and implementation, master data readiness, program/ project management, and organizational change management.
